A friend of mine referred Peter to me. I had the best experience working with Peter Owens to sell my house. I did my due diligence and spoke with other realtors, but I instantly wanted to work with Peter the first time I met him. Unlike some people I actually followed ALL of Peter’s advice on painting and staging the house and gardens, after all, I consider him the expert. His advice proved exceptionally accurate as I ended up getting way more above asking price for my house than I had anticipated and that was with the asking price being more than another agent said I could get for it. And I directly attribute this to following Peter's advice and recommendations. In my experience the money I spent was returned more than ten-fold. I honestly believe that following Peter's advice got me the best price. Peter has exceptional knowledge about the housing market in the area and what it takes to sell a house for the best asking price and getting the best value when buying a house. Peter was always professional, knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, and helpful. I give Peter the credit for getting me the best price possible and selling my house in the shortest amount of time. He kept in touch throughout the entire process including inspections and escrow. When looking for a real estate agent, I suggest you do your homework and find a realtor you want to work with. My advice to those of you looking to sell a house--listen to what the experts like Peter say, they do know what they are talking about. Do try and separate your personal memories from the business of selling a house, I am sure you will benefit from it like I did. And whether you are looking to sell or buy a house, you won't do any better than using Peter Owens. I am highly recommending Peter to all my friends who need a realtor and I suggest you would do well in using him as your realtor.
